The Stage Conferencing Centre specialises in:

Conferencing, Cocktail Parties, Intimate and Formal Dinners, Boardroom and Business Luncheons, Executive Breakfasts and Corporate BBQ's, Awards Nights, Corporate Presentations, Christmas Parties, Product Launches, Team Building Events, Weddings, School Formals, Conference Accommodation and Student Accommodation.

SUV can work on an individual basis with you for all your event design requirements. SUV also has excellent relationships with Sydney’s most exclusive Event Management companies that specialise in concept design. Please discuss any requirements with you event co-ordinator.

 

Reception

The reception desk is located outside the Hub in the Bligh Building and is open Monday to Friday between 9am–1pm and 2pm-5pm, and on Saturdays from 9am to 4pm. Reception is your point of contact should you have any immediate requests.

These will be passed onto the Conference + Events Coordinator.

 

Village facilities.

Resource Centre Facilities

The resource centre is open 24hrs a day, seven days a week and is accessible by UCard to all Village Delegates. One card will be issued to the conference contact. Lost cards will be billed directly to the delegates account.

The facilities include broadband internet access, which may be accessed using a guest account, a range of Apple and IBM compatible computers, printing facilities and a colour digital photocopier.

Guest Internet Accounts cost $7.50 per guest/day, and a small fee is associated with printing and photocopying. Business facilities including faxing, photocopying is available through SUV reception.
