APPLICATION FEES

The application fee is a once off fee payable when submitting your application form. The fee will confirm your request for accommodation at the Village.

Residents returning to the Village after their first year in residence will not be required to pay this fee again.

This fee is non-refundable. No refund will be paid to applicants who cancel their application (or whose application for accommodation in the Village is unsuccessful).
