UCARD™CREDIT

A weekly amount of $20 will be charged to you with the Residential Fee and credited to your U CARD™ account.

The U CARD™ identifies you as a member of the Village Community and will entitle you to discounts in the already competitively priced Village food and beverage outlets.

This $20 can be utilised to purchase discounted food or supplies (other than alcohol) in the Well, 'Hoochie Mammas' and the Store.

Research conducted by the University has suggested that on average a student should allow approximately $90 on food weekly. The $20 credit is a part of what is expected that a student would spend each week.

The U CARD™ allows for this to occur for convenience on site and to encourage students to meet in the common facilities provided by the Village, to encourage a sense of place for the student population.

Unused credits at the end of a week will be available throughout the year. Please remember however that unused credits as at the 31st December will be forfeited.
