VIEWING AND PAYING ONLINE
You can view your Telephone, U-card, Supplementary U-card and Miscellaneous accounts on-line and in the very near future you will be able to make payments to these accounts by Visa, MasterCard and Bankcard.
Your U-card account is the compulsory $20/week that your have been paying since you arrived. This account can't be added to, transferred or refunded. Your Supplementary U-card account can be used in exactly the same way for additional food purchases, printing and copying but this account can be added to, transferred and refunded.
For the purpose of privacy we have not posted your accommodation account on the SUV Intranet. If you have any queries in regards to your charges or payments on your accommodation account please visit reception between the hours of 9:00am and 5.00pm.
It is necessary to pay off any accounts you have in debt before putting money onto your phone account. So, if you wish to pay $20 onto your telephone but you owe $7.50 on your electricity and $2.50 on printing, you will need to make a $30 total payment.
CLEANING TIPS
